Link to Video: Has Hamilton Reached A Tipping Point? Recently Channel 14 and Powergroup set about to create a video asking this question to Hamiltonians. As a preamble...."Forty-three Hamiltonians from many walks of life are asked to answer the question "Has Hamilton reached a tipping point?" Community and business leaders, people on the street, artists, activists, city staff, elected officials, and newcomers to Hamilton give their response to the highly subjective question. Their answers and the results of an online poll are included in this 30 minute documentary. Viewers are then asked to consider the opinions and answer the question for themselves. The documentary is not hosted and draws no conclusions."
